Dr. Brittany Lannert, PhD, earned a doctorate degree from the APA-accredited Clinical Science program at Michigan State University. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the APA-accredited program at the VA Portland Health Care System and received advanced training in evidence-based practice in the Postdoctoral Residency program at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center. She lives and works in the Chicago metropolitan area.

Dr. Lannert is a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience specializing in trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, sleep issues, coping with illness, and health behavior change. With extensive training in evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing, among others, Dr. Lannert believes in combining the science of proven interventions with a person-centered, individualized approach tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Dr. Lannert’s therapy style is collaborative, warm, and direct, focusing on practical solutions that are both effective and personalized. By integrating evidence-based methods with a deep respect for each client’s individual experience, Dr. Lannert loves working with clients to help create lasting change and achieve their goals in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
