About
Dr. Hope has over 15 years of clinical experience and has worked with clients across a wide range of settings, including in various private practice settings, the Veterans Health Administration, a state psychiatric hospital, community mental health, university counseling centers, and a Virginia public school system.

Dr. Hope is an integrative psychologist who works with adults navigating anxiety, relationship dissatisfaction, and complex family dynamics. Many of the individuals she works with feel burdened by worry, stuck in familiar but limiting roles, and unsure of how to make meaningful changes in their lives and relationships.
Her approach draws from cognitive behavioral theory, family systems theory, and attachment theory to help clients understand the roots of their patterns, gain emotional clarity, and take intentional steps toward lasting change. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by expectations, disconnected in your relationships, or unsure of your next step, she provides a supportive space to explore these challenges.

Dr. Hope treatment specialties include: anxiety, trauma and PTSD, relationships, LGBTQ dynamics, worry and perfectionism, and family systems. She is a certified provider of Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD and a designated provider of the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy (with Level 2 training). She is also certified to provide CBT for a broad range of concerns.
